Corrections policy

Accuracy matters particularly where a casino domain, licence-holder or regulatory status is concerned. Reel Watchtower UK welcomes specific, evidence-based reports of possible factual errors.

How to report an issue

Email editorial@reelwatchtoweruk.com. Include the page address, the statement you believe is wrong, the correct information and a reliable source. For licensing matters, a link to the relevant UK Gambling Commission record is especially useful.

How we assess reports

We check the source, distinguish factual claims from clearly labelled editorial opinion and review the page in context. An operator's preference for different wording is not by itself evidence of an error. A current official record may justify an update where a previous statement was accurate on publication but has since changed.

What happens after a correction

If a material factual error is confirmed, we amend it without delay and update the page date where appropriate. Small typographical changes that do not affect meaning may be corrected without a separate note. Substantive changes should leave the current page accurate and clear rather than preserving confusing wording.

Ranking disagreements

A difference of opinion about ranking is not necessarily a correction. Written verdicts are editorial judgements formed under our editorial policy. We will, however, revisit a judgement if it relied on a material fact shown to be incorrect.

Privacy

Correspondence is handled under our privacy policy. Do not include personal gambling account details; Reel Watchtower UK cannot access operator systems or resolve account disputes.

Our outbound gambling links are reserved for UKGC-licensed operators. You must be 18 or over. Gambling can be addictive.
